We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Riom. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, even carrying our bags up the stairs. The room was comfortable and clean, with a deep, seated bath and a hand-held shower attachment. We enjoyed a delicious freshly made dinner at the hotel, and the owner went out of their way to bring my partner a plate of cheese for dessert. The hotel's parking facilities were secure and convenient. we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and enjoyable stay.

The receptionist was an absolute legend - so friendly, helpful, and totally amazing. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud of dreams. Parked our car in a top-secret spot for only 4€ a day. Super central location - couldn't ask for better. The host cooked up a mind-blowing Chicken Tagine that had my taste buds doing the happy dance. The lovely Icelandic lady, Brinja, was the friendliest person on the planet and made us feel like VIPs. The accommodation was oh-so-comfortable and the food and wine in the evening were simply jaw-dropping. Seriously, if you're in Riom, forget searching elsewhere. This place is beyond fantastic. The owner even carried our bags up the stairs. And they made my other half's cheese dessert dreams come true, even though it wasn't on the menu. Can't wait to stay here again. Plus, it's within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Bonus points for having wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and cots if needed. So, yeah, this hotel is basically perfection.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, carrying my bags up the stairs and providing secure parking for a small fee. During our Xmas stay, we had a lovely time at an independent hotel located in an area that was easily accessible on foot. The hotel room was a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great, with fresh French bread and delicious croissants! We also enjoyed the secure parking that was available.
The shower arrangement was a bit uncomfortable. The water temperature was erratic, and it was challenging to get in and out of the shower.
